We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders via DHL

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment status. In the event of any delays at Customs you will be notified directly by the courier and/or Rosamund Muir. 

Rosamund Muir cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that during sale periods or special promotions some processing times may take longer.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

DUTIES AND TAXES

UK/EU

No duties or taxes are charged when shipping within the EU and UK (post Brexit). 

USA

Orders under US$800 are free from any import duties and will not attract any extra fees. We deliver DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders over US$800 are liable for all applicable import duties upon arrival into The United States, which you will need to pay to DHL or US Customs upon delivery.


Rest Of The World

We pay for your duties and taxes (Delivery Duties Paid) to all other countries outside the EU and UK. 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION FROM 20th NOVEMBER to 24th DECEMBER 2023. Any footwear purchased between these dates, will benefit from our extended Christmas returns policy. Please notify us by 8th JANUARY should you wish to return the footwear at contact@rosamundmuir.com   Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, undamaged and with all Rosamund Muir London packaging included. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. We cannot accept returns on shoes with damaged soles


RETURNS

We hope that you love your shoes and are satisfied with your purchase, however in the event it’s not suitable all goods purchased on our site can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

To request an exchange or return simply email us at contact@rosamundmuir.com with your order details and we will get back to you within 24 hours with the address for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including any import duties, customs charges and taxes) and you must return your order within 14 days of your notification to us.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, undamaged and with all Rosamund Muir packaging included. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. We cannot accept returns on shoes with damaged soles. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition. (i.e. dust bags, shoe boxes, inner packaging). We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria. 

Once your return arrives back at our warehouse and has been checked by our team, your refund will be processed. Please kindly allow up to 14 working days for the money to appear back in your account.

Rosamund Muir is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment. We recommend using a tracked service for the return of any goods. (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer) Refunds or store credit will be issued within 14 business days via the original form of payment and payment amount.

If you would like to exchange your order, please contact us via email at contact@rosamundmuir.com  with your order details and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

ORDERING ROSAMUND MUIR FOOTWEAR

Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to place an order with us for our products. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and availability, and items left in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Once you have made your selection and you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This email received is a confirmation of your order.

We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to process your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or the item ordered is out of stock or we cannot meet your requested delivery date or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms. We will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.


HOW TO PAY

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the website from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon your placement of your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is at the time you place your order in the products.

If any of the products are out of stock, you will be refunded in full.

I own a pair of the Felixa boots in Navy and they are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned! I even managed to wear them on an all night out event! They were so comfortable that I didn’t even need to change my shoes at the end of the night as I do with others! Brilliant comfort and so stylish, I love them!
